All Purchases are Final

  Because after purchase we immediately issue registration codes and licenses that can be used without our authorization as well as issues we have had in the past with customers requesting refunds simply because they have changed their mind or found something else, refunds will not be issued regardless of the circumstance. We provide a free 14 day trial from which you can determine if Home Daycare Plus is right for you. Any product for which there is made an available fully functional trial will not be eligible for refunds.

  Upsilon Dynamics can at it's discretion make exceptions due to special circumstances but is never required to provide a refund for a purchase made for a downloadable item.

  Our support staff will however work with you thorugh 24/7 email support to help you resolve any technical issues which may occur with the software.

Trial Period

  The trial is available so that you may make an educated decision before deciding to purchase Home Daycare Plus. You should use the 14 day trial to make a determination as to whether or not the application will run on your computer systems and/or meet your business needs before committing to purchasing the application. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND all customers download and use the free trials before commiting to purchase any of our products.

No Trial Period

  If you have purchased a product for which there is not a trial period, you are eligible for a refund granted you send us the request within 10 days of making the purchase.
